Article 2 – But
La Fondation a pour but
- de promouvoir les échanges interculturels et l’esprit d’entreprise chez les jeunes, en Suisse et à l’étranger;
- de promouvoir et de soutenir la pratique du sport, les activités culturelles et artistiques des jeunes, en Suisse et à l’étranger;
- de distribuer ses revenus annuels au profit d’organismes sociaux, sportifs, culturels et artistiques destinés aux jeunes;
- elle peut effectuer toute opération se rapportant directement ou indirectement à son but;
La Fondation n’a aucun but lucratif ni aucun caractère politique, confessionnel ou gouvernemental.
Article 3 – Siège
Le siège de la Fondation se trouve dans le canton de Genève.
