DOMINIK BLOH
This is Dominik, born in 1988. He’s been living on the street for a long time.
For the past eleven years, he has often lived without a roof over his head, without heating by his bed, and without a well-stocked refrigerator. For most people in Germany, this situation is unimaginable—but it was his reality.
Since the beginning of 2016, we’ve been helping Dominik share his story as he charts his own path out of homelessness. He wants to encourage others and to bring more attention to this issue, which is by no means an individual fate.
Together with our friends at Ankerherz Publishers, Dominik is writing a regular blog called “Ankerschmerz”. In it he shares stories about his life, daily life on the street, and his plans for the future. You can read the blog here:
